Constant torque upwards of 400 foot-pounds on the bristle drum with built-in pressure relief valve. Fully contained hydraulic system with filter and pressure relief valve. No shear pins to replace!

Strengthened broom drum with large square tubing and 8 inner braces for strength.  Inner bracing with built-in cradle to help hold the square tubes.  Designed to use 26" wafer bristles.

Tapered shafts and sprockets for a permanent fit . Hydraulic motor is mounted inboard and behind the bristles so there is little overhang beyond sweeping path. Fully enclosed with strong 1/8" thick chain case cover.

Bearings are mounted inside the framework so the drum can be removed then the bearings can be easily replaced. Quick and easy maintenance was kept in mind throughout the design.

Gauge wheels are the key to success for bristle management and allow constant bristle contact, extended bristle life, and reduced strain on the drive line. The Vroom Broom has a more effective gauge wheel design to adequately hold the broom at a constant height.
