Warranty Information

Every Vroom Broom comes with a 1 year limited warranty that starts on the day that the equipment is received by the buyer. Vroom Broom will repair or replace any equipment that has a manufacturing or part failure within one year. The limited warranty does not include: (i) damage done to the equipment due to operator accidents, (ii) damage due to buyer's abuse, improper use, or neglect of the equipment, (iii) damage done due to improper maintenance, operating, or installation of equipment, (iv) lost or stolen equipment, depreciation, ordinary wear and tear, or the cost of routine maintenance parts. Warranty is void if equipment has been modified or altered in ways by the buyer that have not been preapproved by the seller. Limited warranty is transferable if ownership of equipment is sold and warranty work is needed within that year of first owner delivery date. Buyer is responsible for normal maintenance parts, including but not limited to, items such as wheels and wheel forks.  Vroom Broom does not offer any extended warranty or protection plan beyond the 1 year limited warranty.
